After finishing theBocchi the Rock! pilgrimage, it was finally time for the main event of this trip—Bocchi the Rock! × Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise.
Hakkeijima Sea Paradise is actually an amusement park that frequently holds collaborations. For example, before Bocchi the Rock!, it collaborated with Persona 3, and the collaboration content tends to follow a formula, making it quite mature commercially.
After all, without collaborations, some people might never visit an amusement park in their lives, right?

The first thing to do upon arriving at the amusement park was to check the map.
This amusement park can be roughly divided into three parts.
Tickets are also divided into three types.
The collaboration ticket this time is a type of one-day pass, meaning you can freely enjoy both the aquarium and rides for one day (except for some premium services).
A regular one-day ticket costs 5,600 yen, while the collaboration one-day ticket costs 5,800 yen. Considering the collaboration bonuses, the collaboration ticket is quite a good deal!

Arriving at Hakkei Ohashi Bridge, the surrounding sea view was absolutely beautiful!

Received bonuses upon entry
And a guide booklet.

The entire island was already filled with the Bocchi the Rock! atmosphere!
Because of the morning pilgrimage, we arrived at the amusement park after 12:00 PM, and by then all the collaboration restaurants had long lines.
Why emphasize the collaboration restaurants? Because the non-collaboration ones seemed to have immediate seating 😅.
Since I wanted to eat Japanese food today, I finally chose Shiraumi Shokudo.

After a long half-hour wait, we finally got seats and ordered a fried chicken set for 2,000 yen (about 96 RMB).
You ask where the collaboration element is? It's in the middle Bocchi figure. This Bocchi is something else—they have the same fried chicken rice for 1,500 yen (about 72 RMB), meaning the Bocchi figure alone costs 500 yen! 😆
But hey, when you're at an amusement park, who cares about that? Just eat!
This is one of the aquariums. Although they say there are four aquariums, only one truly qualifies as an aquarium. This one is more for fishing.
Here you can spend 500 yen to fish for sea fish and have them cooked on the spot.

Black fish, and a sea duck?
Speaking of which, not only can you fish here, but you can also feed the fish for 100 yen.
Fishing and feeding fish in the same place... feels a bit awkward 😅.
This aquarium mainly allows you to get up close with marine life.

So why is there an owl? At first I thought it was a decoration, but then it moved!

The dolphin jumping pool. Dolphins occasionally leap out of the water here, and a few times they jumped really high, but I couldn't capture it, and they never jumped that high again.

It's Nijika the mom!

Seal area. You can make a reservation to pet seals up close.
The largest of the four aquariums. The building with the pointed tip in the photo is this aquarium.

At the entrance, there's our Bocchi-chan!

Just then, there was a Bocchi the Rock! collaboration sardine show. They said it would be accompanied by Bocchi the Rock! songs, but the fish seemed to do their own thing, and the songs just played on their own 😅. Is this how all the collaborations will be?

On the escalator going up one floor, the surroundings were all ocean-themed, making you feel like you were underwater—very dreamlike!

A giant crab that looked enormous.
It might not be obvious in the photo, but it seemed about the size of a baby.

It's Bocchi-chan!

On the 4th floor, there was a Bocchi the Rock! collaboration dolphin show. By the time we got there, it was already packed. There were so many people!
The typical collaboration format should be: fixed performance + interlude with Bocchi the Rock! video segments + Bocchi the Rock! music.
The performance itself was spectacular; the dolphins worked very hard, and Bocchi the Rock! was the icing on the cake.

Right off the bat, the dolphins fed me dog food 😅.

It's Ryo!
Speaking of Ryo, this outfit design has a unique charm.

This aquarium is completely surrounded by the ocean; you can see all kinds of marine life all around you, it's very dreamlike.
After visiting all 4 aquariums, I had collected 5 stamps. The remaining 2 stamps were located at the carousel and the arcade.
After collecting all 7 stamps, we went to the commercial area in the center of the amusement park to redeem our prizes! And don't forget the electronic stamp prize from the pilgrimage!
After redeeming the prizes, I felt a sense of relief like completing a mission 😅. Then it was free time!

I also checked out the limited merchandise area.
As mentioned earlier, the ticket I bought included the rides.
So I took the opportunity to experience the rides while there was still time.
The most famous ride at Hakkeijima is actually the roller coaster, but due to years of desk work, my neck and spine can't handle roller coasters anymore, so I had to give it up 😭.

First, I rode the tallest structure on the island, the Sea Paradise Tower, which offers a panoramic view of the entire amusement park.
I could even see Mount Fuji! (Mount Fuji really can be seen from everywhere, huh 😅)

Then I took a boat ride around half the island.

Along the way, I saw this place, which seems to be a docking site related to the Black Ships Incident. You can search for "Black Ships Incident" for details.
As night fell, the dolphin light show began!
This event was not part of the Bocchi the Rock! collaboration, so the audience was noticeably smaller, and there were even seats available 😅.
But the quality was excellent! Unfortunately, my main phone was running low on battery, so I recorded it with my old secondary phone, and the quality is a bit lacking.

The highlight of this collaboration, the Bocchi the Rock! music fireworks show, was only held on this one day, so I was constantly worried about the weather. Fortunately, the weather was very good.
By this time, a long line had formed in the general area, but we didn't need to rush to line up because we had VIP seats 😆.

The reserved seats for the fireworks show were the closest to the fireworks, divided into two areas: S area, which is the front of the photo, and A area, where I was.
Each area had a capacity of 40 people, and it seemed like neither A nor S had sold out 😅.

The fireworks show was beautiful, but it still felt like the music and the fireworks were separate 😅.
But overall, it was a very nice experience.
With the end of the fireworks show, the Bocchi the Rock! × Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise collaboration trip came to an end. For a first-timer like me, the experience was quite good.
I even felt that Hakkeijima was better than Tokyo DisneySea. If any big shots want to visit Japan in the future, Hakkeijima is indeed a great choice.
So that's it for this time... Wait, seems like something is missing?

I took so many photos of the signboards today, but it seems I missed one person 🤣.
Strangely, the place where Kita was displayed was a spot I passed by several times, but I never noticed it until someone pointed it out at the very end. I think I need to get my eyes checked.

On the way back, I noticed Bocchi's position had changed. What made the girl take a step forward?

The badge prize this time is so exquisitely made!
