On the evening of October 12, 2025, after finishing the pilgrimage to Uji, tonight we stay at the collaboration hotel located at Kyoto Tower — Kyoto Tower Hotel: "Sound! Euphonium: The Room Where Melodies Connect."

At 8 PM, we arrived at Kyoto Station and immediately saw Kyoto Tower.
After arriving at Kyoto Tower Hotel and checking in, we rushed to Kyoto Tower.
Because the entry deadline for Kyoto Tower was 8:30 PM, there were only ten minutes left.
Also, guests staying at Kyoto Tower Hotel at night can purchase Kyoto Tower tickets, originally 900 yen, for 400 yen.

While waiting in line, we noticed that Kyoto Tower was also collaborating with "Sound! Euphonium," but unfortunately the merchandise counter had already closed.

The path along the queue was covered with posters of "Sound! Euphonium."

After waiting about 15 minutes, we finally reached the top of the tower.
Here you can enjoy a 360° view of Kyoto's night scenery.
However, even though it was almost closing time, there were still many people on Kyoto Tower!
Also, all the telescopes on the tower are free to use, which is very thoughtful.
But every time I used a telescope, I found that the initial position was always aimed at the windows of other hotels... So if you stay at a hotel in Kyoto, never choose a room facing Kyoto Tower!

While enjoying the night view, we suddenly noticed that the ceiling above was covered with a large number of collaboration decorations from the series.
So it turned into a peculiar scene where others were looking for beautiful night views, while we were searching for decorations on the tower.

At the exit, a trailer for the upcoming "Sound! Euphonium" movie was playing.
It can be said that Kyoto Tower and "Sound! Euphonium" are now deeply connected!
After visiting Kyoto Tower, the highlight of this trip was the collaboration room!
The name of this collaboration room is "Sound! Euphonium: The Room Where Melodies Connect."
The price for one night is 39,830 yen (about 1,884 RMB). So by reading this blog, you save 1,884 RMB — isn't that great?

Even the room number plate was already different.
So what did the room look like when we opened the door?
I immediately took out the panoramic camera best suited for shooting the room and recorded the full view of the room.
To be honest, the moment we opened the door was full of surprises, and even a bit moving.
The room size is 26㎡, originally used as a triple-bed hotel room.
After being converted into a collaboration room, one bed was removed, replaced by student desks and chairs and a projector.

Detail photos.

I don't know where the official team found these aged chairs, but they really create an atmosphere.

The mugs at the bar are also collaboration mugs — so thoughtful!

On the bar counter were photos full of memories.

They also thoughtfully provided a projector and the complete Blu-ray set of "Sound! Euphonium"!
Perfect for staying in the room and watching anime all day!

After checking out in the morning, one last look at Kyoto Tower.
It was truly an unforgettable stay!
I first heard about this collaboration hotel last year. This year, I finally realized this dream!
Actually, besides this collaboration room, Kyoto Tower has several others. If I had the money and time, I would love to stay in all of them!
At first glance, the room price seems expensive, but it's not more expensive than other rooms just because it's a collaboration room. It's the same price as a regular triple room, which is quite reasonable.
Considering checkout is at 11 AM, this room might be more suitable for staying when you have no other plans, leisurely watching anime in the room all day — that would offer better value for money?
Anyway, staying one night was very moving! If you don't have the chance to stay, just read this blog as if you've stayed!
