March 29, 2026, sunny weather, today I visited AnimeJapan 2026.

This is my third time attending AnimeJapan. Starting next year, AnimeJapan will be held in Osaka for two consecutive years, so I had to come this time!
As soon as I entered the venue, I saw Frieren.

Well, wherever there's Frieren, there's bound to be a mimic chest.

As usual every year, first go see what Kadokawa has in store.
For three consecutive years, I've watched the concert of the future of humanity.
This year, unlike the previous two, they used a dual-layer display design to present the concert.
The inner screen shows the scene, while the outer screen displays characters or effects, creating a visual disparity that gives a stereoscopic illusion.
That's a pretty interesting idea.

Building hype for the new season.

Although they are not in the same exhibition area.
But it's interesting that the same exhibition showcased two generations of magical girls.
I wonder if you're a fan of traditional magical girls or dark and edgy magical girls.

Ikebukuro is getting a new batch of manhole covers, declaring that Ikebukuro is the anime street.
Tomori from our "MyGO!!!!!" has become the ambassador.
It seems that in the near future, Ikebukuro might really replace Akihabara as Japan's new anime landmark.

The most anticipated yuri work in July!

Didn't expect a railway company to join the fun! But it's well-deserved.
After all, Seibu Railway indeed hosts many sacred sites, such as "anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day" and "Encouragement of Climb."
All the mascot girls are characters from "Train to the End of the World."

A recent phenomenon anime.
The queue for photos was super long, and you could only take pictures while walking, no stopping.
Also, there were a lot of cosplays from this work this time.

Learn how to draw a cel-style "GochiUsa."
Syal is just too cute!
That's all for AnimeJapan 2026.
Actually, there's much more content than just the photos I took; the ones I shared are from works I like, a bit of personal bias.
Starting next year, AnimeJapan will be held in Osaka, which increases travel costs. Whether I'll go or not, I'll decide later!
