May 3, 2026, cloudy. Today I went to Omiya to see Prism Garden ― Flowers Blooming in the Light Garden, a Petal of Thought.
"Prism Garden ― Flowers Blooming in the Light Garden, a Petal of Thought" (Prism Garden ― 光の庭に咲く、ひとひらの想い) is a yuri-themed exhibition hosted by Melonbooks, held from May 2 to May 6, 2026, at Omiya Sonic City Exhibition Hall 1 in Saitama Prefecture. The event uses the imagery of "colorful emotions refracted through a prism" to focus on the delicate relationships that cannot be simply summed up as "like" or "friendship." Through multiple works, it showcases those gentle, complex, ambiguous, and shining moments of emotion, allowing visitors to step into a garden woven from light and feelings.
Simply put, it was an exhibition showcasing various yuri works.

Photography was not allowed in this area, so I can't share any photos.
But I have to complain: why did the exhibition of "There's No Way I Can Have a Lover! Or Maybe There Is?" only feature scenes of Renako bathing with different women?

I wonder if any of you found your favorite artists here!

I came entirely for "Happy Sugar Life."
Although "Happy Sugar Life" had no other exhibits.

Signboards of various works were displayed.
Too bad there was no "Happy Sugar Life" 😭.

The admission bonus I drew was for the upcoming "I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day." It's a very cute bonus!

Photo spot at the end.

This exhibition was truly a feast for yuri fans.
It featured a large number of yuri works, both familiar and new to me, and was very pleasing to the eye.
It's just a pity that "Happy Sugar Life" only had one author's shikishi board on display.

The new illustrations for the merchandise were so beautiful!

The "Happy Sugar Life" keychains were very popular, selling out almost every morning.
