November 16, 2025, sunny. Today I went to see the Laid-Back Camp 10th Anniversary Exhibition under TOKYO SKYTREE.

Hanging picture at the entrance.

Signboard at the entrance.
The voice actors' signatures are so cute.

The customary author greeting segment.
Sincere thanks to everyone for visiting the Laid-Back Camp 10th Anniversary Exhibition today.
This exhibition gathers all the memories of Laid-Back Camp over the past 10 years (although only half a year has passed in the story),
Whether you've been reading since the beginning or just started recently, we hope everyone can look back on Nadeshiko and Rin's camping experiences and enjoy.
Additionally, BBQ, making fires, and setting up tents are prohibited in this venue, so please enjoy "imaginary camping."
BBQ, making fires, and setting up tents are prohibited in this venue.
Well, I'll definitely follow that!

This exhibition is very generous, almost everything inside can be photographed!

Translating a few interesting ones.
Q: Please tell me the origin of the pen name "Afro."
A: Because I once posted a picture of a character with an afro on a message board.
Q: Were there any major changes from the initial setting?
A: Initially, Rin and Nadeshiko had opposite personalities. During the storyboard process with the editor, they became the current characters.
Q: What was the initial inspiration for creating Laid-Back Camp?
A: My previous two series were sci-fi, but they weren't popular, so after discussing with my editor, I decided to draw a daily-life story next. Coincidentally, I was interested in camping, so I chose that theme. The magazine Manga Time Kirara mainly serializes "girls' daily life + α" manga. Considering the α part, since I had an interest in camping and some outdoor knowledge, I thought it would be easier to conceive stories with camping, so I decided to create "girls' daily life + camping" manga.
Q: Characters from Laid-Back Camp appear in mono, so are there plans for mono characters to appear in Laid-Back Camp?
A: There's no problem with them appearing, so maybe they will.
Q: Are mono and Laid-Back Camp set in the same world line and timeline?
A: In mono, Nadeshiko and Rin live in different places, and there's a manga similar to Laid-Back Camp for sale, so please consider them slightly different worlds.

As everyone knows, Laid-Back Camp is a food anime.

It is also an anime full of meme-worthy expressions.

A large map of the series created by fans and the official team.
It covers all the locations visited throughout the series so far.
Pressing the button next to the information board lights up the corresponding region.

The little colorful flags on top are also very cute!
So there should be a panoramic photo here.

Original serialized manga manuscripts.

A tent, essential for camping.

Standees of all the characters.
You can sit on the chairs and take photos with everyone—very innovative!

It was only the second day of the exhibition.
The super popular merchandise—the offering box—was already sold out...

Among other merchandise.
The badges this time have a matte texture—I really like them.
The magnetic fridge magnets have nice patterns and texture, also very appealing.
But unfortunately, Nadeshiko's fridge magnet was sold out.
As for the final loot segment, I've been busy lately—maybe next time.
Before I knew it, Laid-Back Camp has reached its tenth anniversary.
Although due to my lifestyle, I mainly watch the anime, having an exhibition like this to review the manga content of the past ten years is truly wonderful.
I hope that one day in my future life, I can be at a campsite, leisurely flipping through the pages of Laid-Back Camp manga.
