On May 5, 2026, after finishing the Megijima itinerary, I headed to Ogijima to visit pilgrimage spots such as Ogi Port, Shima Table, Kaisei Shokudo, Miki's Tower, Toyotamahime Shrine, Ogijima Lighthouse, Shiki's Memorial, and Ogibito. Along the way, I unexpectedly encountered a fan gathering called the "Fried Rice Festival," visited the Ogijima Nekopoke House, and was seen off by islanders and fans when leaving the island. Ogijima is a warm island that blends the natural beauty of the Seto Inland Sea, the tranquility of a fishing village, the cat island atmosphere, and the fan culture of the work.
